Our Company will discuss with each driver his or her employment objectives to make sure we are helping to meet employment goals and business needs. For some, this means maximizing miles. If you are looking to maximize the money you can make as a company driver, Team Driving is where it is at! Team drivers get paid for all miles driven on a load, regardless which teammate is behind the wheel. CLO hires ready-made teams but also will assist in finding you a teammate.

During our New Hire process, drivers will talk to dispatch and describe what they are looking for to make sure we are a good fit and able to meet employment expectations. Examples include targeted miles, locations you want to drive, time away from home, and communication level with our company.
