Aeryk always has a positive attitude, great work ethic, is dependable and reliable. He gets along with everyone on the team. The gals at Smart love him. He is always willing to fill in over at the caves as a hostler when we ask him to and never complains. Over the past couple months he’s filled in for other teammates a great deal. In addition, he is always safe. We know regardless of the position, we can depend on Aeryk to safely complete the job at hand, go above-and-beyond, and have a great attitude in the process. We are very grateful to have Aeryk on our team!
