Local Driver Spotlight: Matt Boulton

Recognition:
Matt is a team player and great with his Pre Trips! He has caught and prevented trailer issues that could have cost lots of money for repairs. He cares about safety and doing his job well. Matt is always willing to do whatever the job is requesting to make a successful team. In addition, he is very intelligent as he understands the business side of the job as well. Having a full scope of the business really helps Matt stand out. Thank you Matt for being such a reliable and competent team member!

OTR Driver Spotlight: Lucas Henning

Recognition:
Lucas has a funny bone. He is a joker but takes his job seriously. He is a hard runner and always quick to lend a helping hand. Lucas is also a problem solver. He is able to independently resolve day to day issues that may arise. He communicates timely and accurately to dispatch or safety if there’s ever an issue he needs assistance with. He is a professional, reliable driver and we are so thankful to have him as part of our team.

Carrier is a good company to work for. The thing that has really impressed me as a driver is their willingness to work with drivers. Last year was a difficult time for me. I had a dog that got cancer and a house that flooded, all within a month. Carrier got me home every week for my dog’s cancer treatments and home in time for my other appointments, all while still getting me 3000 miles a week. No questions, no arguments. That is impressive. And I am truly grateful for all they did through that extremely difficult time. Even today, I can stay out as long as I want, or within reason at home as much as I want. I like to run hard when I am out, and usually that is how they run me.
