Paul is one of our original local drivers hired for our GM project back in 2018. He is reliable, consistent, and always willing to help out. He is also one of the safest drivers. CLO has a very friendly atmosphere. I have a great supervisor. He is always helpful and quick to support me if needed. Everyone at the Office is nice and quick to answer questions. My pay is always on time, which is very important. I enjoy working here.

OTR Driver Spotlight: Shane Alth

Shane has been driving with CLO for just about a year now. He is a family-oriented driver. Which made him a perfect fit for the CLO family, Shane has been able to find great work life balance. Shane is an excellent communicator and always asks for clarification if there’s a question. He runs hard, is reliable, and is flexible about where dispatch sends him, which ensures he receives the miles and home time desired. Safety wise, he is top-notch and has yet to miss a safety or performance bonus since hire! Thank you Shane for being an amazing employee to work with!

Working at Carrier has been a great experience. I appreciate the small, family operated feeling. They are always willing to communicate with the drivers.
